Return and Refund Policy

Right of Withdrawal If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day you (or a third party you designate) receive the last item of your order.

How to Exercise Your Right To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at doubleneverworld@gmail.com with a clear statement of your decision to withdraw (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). You may use the standard withdrawal form, though it is not obligatory.

Returning Your Items You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal. You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless we have agreed otherwise.

Refunds We will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction.

Exceptions The right of withdrawal does not apply to: sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons once unsealed; digital content that has been accessed or downloaded; or goods made to your specifications.
